Pistachios
I love pistachios. They are one of my favorite nuts. The other night, I was snacking on some pistachios straight from the bag and I came across a couple of pistachios without a shell. I love it when this happens! It’s so fun to be able to just chomp on the nut w/o splitting the shell open. Pretty silly, I know.Labels: random

I bought a bag of pistachios at Christmas for some cookies I was baking and de-shelled the whole bag in one sitting. Wow. Major work. And I had sore cracked fingers after ward too (from all the salt).
They sure were yummy though!
You know, they do sell them already shelled. =D
