Filling Out Forms
Why can't people fill out forms properly? As part of my job on campus, I manage offers that students receive from companies. I can't tell you how many times students say that they have not accepted a job, but they fill in the accepted date field. Check it out (most info has been removed for privacy reasons).

It's amazing how often intelligent people are complete idiots.
I'm glad you documented this.
(btw, when Casey was at BYU, he and his roommate had a little thing they'd do called the Idiot Police. It was just the two of them and they sought out idiots like those you describe here. Probably a waste of time, but good for plenty of laughs)
