Live in the Present

As another week passes me by, I am reminded of the myriad of things that I need to get done. There really is not enough time in the world. If you ask me now what I have to do, I can probably rattle off at least twenty items on my to-do list. But that is not important. Whether I get these things done or not matters not to most people. What matters most to me, though, is that I live in the present. I need to remember to enjoy each day as it comes and goes. I shouldn't be thinking about, "in the future when I'm done with such-and-such, I'll be happy" or "I'll take a vacation..." So, there you have it: enjoy life! It will only be as good as you make it.
